Harold Cook Executive Vice President Harold Cook brings over 39 years of two-piece can and end engineering and product development experience to OII from the Adolph Coors Brewing Company where he was responsible for developing and commercializing many new can and end making processes, equipment, and technologies. Elmer Werth Executive Vice President of Research and Development Elmer Werth, a retired Coors Brewing Company board member and executive of over 45 years, is one of a handful of innovators who were directly responsible for the development of the one piece aluminum can in the late 1950’s. He went on to establish Jeffco Manufacturing Company’s initial aluminum can production facilities, now owned by Ball Container Corporation. Other companies that Werth brought to Golden helping Coors Brewing Company become more competitive in the brewing industry were Boise Cascade, Golden Division, Container Systems (now Inland Container) and Columbine Glass (now Rocky Mountain Glass). He is also credited with the startup of printing operations that evolved into Graphic Packaging International. His history, experience and expertise in aluminum can manufacturing technologies are unmatched, providing him with a solid technical foundation from which he has developed several technological breakthroughs resulting in lower cost, higher efficiency, and higher reliability can making. Scott Coors Chief Financial Officer Scott Coors earned his Industrial Engineering and Psychology degrees from Stanford University and MBA from the University of Denver. He has extensive career experience in quality assurance, manufacturing process improvement, and packaging innovation. As former Director of Product Damage Prevention at Coors Brewing Company, his team was responsible for a number of innovative patents in packaging and shipping systems achieving order of magnitude improvements in product quality. Additional areas of strength and experience include technical project management and quality assurance for a Military Specification electronics and software company, and extensive financial planning and capital decision making experience. A disciplined leader and ardent advocate of continuous and paradigm breaking innovation, Coors serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OII.
